It might seem anecdotal and paradoxical, but every year, and even several times a year, a motorcycle club from Antwerp, on the Dutch coast, sets off early in the morning to come especially to enjoy eating mussels here.

Mussels are certainly not a product of the Ardennes, even though a special species does live in our rivers. They come simply because once again we have decided to use only products certified as amongst the best on the market. There is no miracle! Then, with our usual care, we finish them off to better show off their essential qualities - making us competitors of the Sea!
