The principle of Nordic walking is very simple: It involves accentuating natural movement by swinging the arms when walking and propelling the body forward with the help of two « Nordic sticks ».
The entire upper part of the body enters into action during walking and not only the lower limbs. The physical exercise is therefore very complete and involves incomparable cardiovascular and muscular activity.

Availability of the sticks
Walk leaving from and returning to the Valley of Poix with IGN card or GPS depending on the choice of walks.
The “Green Star” - POIX - SMUID – Bridge of "Marie Gobaille" then 2 ways of returning to the Hotel :
o short loop – return to the Hotel at the edge of the Lhomme ( Ste Adeline) and the edge of the Naredret- 7 Km
o long loop – turn towards the chapel of " Chéni Mont", Arville and stream of the Rochettes - 10 Km
