The rivers and lakes of the Ardennes are a paradise for these wriggling trout; many of our chefs have made it one of the "leading" products of the soil! Come to meet them, silently, with finesse; you will have to concentrate to catch these very lively fish. And arm yourself with patience as trout hide their parades, you may scoff at this captivating duel. A personal challenge, a game, but especially the pleasure of controlling oneself in another way.
Guide: no training but regulations and advice to become familiar with at the start.
