In the Ardennes, "terroir" has too often come to mean a very rich and unhealthy cuisine. In fact, it was a solution to the harsh life led by our ancestors.
Times have changed, but we have tried to keep all the authenticity of the "terroir" concept, enabling us to serve you tasty products, of exceptional quality, sourced directly from around twenty producers in the region.
On this basis, we have come up with gastronomic ideas so that your meals provide you with the same journey, but for your sense of taste, as your exploration during the day. For us, this means showing you and allowing you to appreciate the noble tastes of an unchanged land, which just need a touch of finesse for even greater enjoyment.
The second face is the "grill"
So that you can sample different ways to enjoy local products during your stay, we grill, in front of you, traditionally-produced meat directly sourced from the stock of two traditional local butchers.
You can savour all of this in a charming and welcoming setting, where you experience the pleasure of an authentically regional table, and of course when the weather allows, on our outdoor terraces.
